Whatever you think about that is what you are going to reproduce. Be mindful of what you focus on and what you allow in your space.
If you think your day is going to be horrible it is going to be horrible. Start being thankful for even the little things…even if you are in traffic.
I know…this is so hard to do…especially when you are running late!
Be thankful for being able to drive, to focus enough to get to your next destination. Even for the food that you eat! You able to eat on your own..with no assistance! Whatever you think and thank about you bring about.
