According to a “textbook definition”: A diet is the sum of food consumed by people or other organism.
So looks like that means all of us!
Diets are often seen as dirty words and often times used as punishing restrictions than truly nourishment.
I totally understand that! I was very militant at one point of what eating style/diet was the “healthiest” .
I have learned that every BODY is different. What may have worked 10 years for someone doesn’t mean it will work for your body.
Whether it’s Paleo, Keto, Pegan, Vegan, Everything diet…whatever you choose to consume..make sure it’s making you feel vibrant and full of energy.
