How To Experience Mindful Living, Part 1

There is freedom in your story and even if it helps one person, it matters.

The Mindfulness, Mindset, Mindshift, Meditation, Manifestation buzz has hit and the mic has been dropped several times.

So is this something new? No…many of the ancients have been harping on this since antiquity. So why does it seem like everyone is talking about it now?

I personally believe that people are tired of being tired, and have tried everything else. I believe people are starting to realize that this journey called life is more. This journey and all of our life dimensions are truly connected.

It helps to draw back sometimes from all of the noise to see the next step. It took some time, but when I finally decided to choose to listen to my body and accept myself, things started to shift for me.

Now, I have in no way ‘arrived’ or received the golden ticket. But the one question I decided to answer and really decided to stand on…with a resounding yes, is what helped me to embrace my journey of self love and acceptance.

So answer this… if nothing changes can you still love yourself. Can you? That is a hard question and you may not fully grasp the meaning yet, but hold on…you will.

We are on a journey of mindful living. It’s time to become more aware of who you are and how you can start living instead of existing.
