I hate exercise!

There I said it…

Why?

Oftentimes this word gets thrown around so much, that it becomes associated more so with stress than pleasure.

No matter how much weight “you carry” We all need to incorporate some form of exercise into our lives. I like to call it movement 🙂 Because that is what it is…you are moving your body. It is all in your head.

I have never been one to like exercise, but i see the importance it has had on clarity of thought, sleep, and my overall wellbeing Let’s get out of our heads today, and start moving!

Whether it’s stretching in your bedroom, walking around your neighborhood, or my favorite going to a Zumba class.

Get out and get your body moving today.
